3 Home Base Exercises for Frozen Shoulder

You can do these exercises once or twice a day even after you feel better. And remember that if you feel stiffness and pain in that shoulder it is normal and usually not a bad thing, you can make the activities you usually made before adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).

1. Reaching things, like your shoes, toothbrush, comb, etc on a high shelf. Thus, you have to reach up for things more often; this is a good stretch for your shoulder
2. Do the Spiderman, climb the wall. Put your hand flat on a wall and use your fingers to "climb" up the wall. As you move your finger up little by little, stop and hold your hand in place for 30 sec. every few inches. Move your fingers up the wall as high as you can and keep trying to get higher each time.

3. Codman Exercise. Sit from the side of a straight chair and put your armpit back of the chair. Begin to make little circles at first and then bigger ones, make them in both directions.
